Working with potential buyers

Notary visit

After the contracts are drawn up and agreed, we go to a notary, where a request for confirmation is made. All the necessary documents, including the purchase contract and the request for consolidation, are signed at the notary. Before submitting the documents, the buyer will be obliged to pay the state and chancery fees and to attach the payment orders to the documents that will be submitted to the Land Registry. The buyer will then go to the Land Registry with the signed documents to submit the documents for examination and to consolidate his ownership of the property.

Preparation of contracts

Once a buyer has been found and we have agreed on the structure of the deal, the next step is to draw up the contracts.

Key handover and gratitude

Once the Land Registry has granted your request in full, we can prepare for the final step - transferring the property to the new owners. This step is marked by an acceptance deed, which records all the important details such as meter readings, key sets, necessary documentation and other important points.
